Our Offerings

We offer all forms of yoga, from powerful Vinyasa Flow to gentler Hatha, Yin, and Restorative classes, available on a group or one-to-one basis. Each session is infused with the spirit of mindfulness, and we also have meditation-only classes available. 


Additionally, our evidence-based 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Course is coming soon and will be available quarterly.

Class Offerings

The Autumn term is a 6-week block running from Monday 3rd November to Friday 12th Dec, with classes occurring weekly. To secure your spot, pre-book the block for £60 or choose to drop in at £15 per class.

Fees

Group Yoga & Movement: 60 mins: £10 per class block booked / £15 drop in. 


Group Mindfulness: 45 mins £10 per class block booked / £15 drop in. 


One to One: £75 at yours (within 10 mile radius). £65 at the garden studio.


Bespoke Groups: £80 per 60 mins class, tailored to your needs.


The evidence-based 8-Week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Course: £375.
