With over 10 years of experience in the wellness industry teaching yoga and meditation, you will encounter care that's steeped in empathy and professional expertise.

Our team is made up of experienced and accredited teaching professionals who are committed to continuous learning and teach with a mindfulness-based, trauma-informed approach. Our culture is premised on embodied authenticity and openness.
You will be warmly welcomed, seen, and heard in the serenity of the garden studio or in the comfort of your own home.

We offer all forms of yoga, from powerful Vinyasa Flow to gentler Hatha, Yin, and Restorative classes, available on a group or one-to-one basis. Each session is infused with the spirit of mindfulness, and we also have meditation-only classes available.
Additionally, our evidence-based 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Course is coming soon and will be available quarterly.
The next block is 7 weeks beginning the week of 16th February until Friday 3rd April, with classes occurring weekly with the exception of Mon 16th Feb when I'm taking a day off for my birthday!
Monday Mindfulness begins 23rd Feb = £60 to pre-book the block or £15 per class to drop in

Group Yoga & Movement: 60 mins: £10 per class block booked / £15 drop in.
Group Mindfulness: 45 mins £10 per class block booked / £15 drop in.
One to One: £75 at yours (within 10 mile radius). £65 at the garden studio.
Bespoke Groups: £80 per 60 mins class, tailored to your needs.
